We blow bottle from a stretch blow machine with three cavities mold. The production capacity is 1500 bottle of 500 ml. per hour or 2 880 000 bottle per shift per year.
Only one oprerator is required for vrac production and a helper is needed for paletizing bottle.
We owned four mold: 370 ml. conical, 500 ml, 1 liter and 1,5 liter.
We sell only the equipment, so you can start the production right after the sale.
We are installed in an industrial condo at a monthly inexpensive 500$. The working place has a 167 square meter (1780 square feet) and the total area is 1394 square meter (14430 square feet)
The equipment is in good condition and ready to produce. The electrical wiring can hold 400 amps at 347/600 volts

As the oil price is growing up rapidly, we can deal with transport lower price, due to the location in the center of Quebec.
The mold can be change within an hour.
