The stone from this quarry is varied from uniform blocks to thin one half inch veneer. There are 3 distinct types of stone on the property; a rust coloured flagstone, a grey-brown stacking rock and a grey-black stacking rock. Currently we are operating in the flagstone producing 1 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch patio stone, 2 sizes of masonry stone (ledgestone), wall blocks, steps and ship bulk for rip rap. All 3 types can be worked from the same area using the same equipment as they are only 300 meters apart on the same access road. Access to the quarry is on a logging road 8 kilometers from a main highway. Processing is very easy as blasting is not required. Millions of tons in reserve

Financial information will be provided to serious buyers along with an information sheet showing production cost, selling price of the stone and the geology information. Pictures wiil be provided upon request. On average the stone sells for $200 per ton.
MARKET & COMPETITION
There is a very large market for the stone from this quarry and it can be easily expanded. The majority of our sales are into Alberta, with the potential to expand into other provinces and the United States. Our customers include landscape, construction and masonry companies, retail stone yards, and private home owners. Normal competition exists.
