The price includes full ownership of 25% of the company, including all voting rights and entitlement to 25% of net profits. The buyer receives access to all existing operations, clients, contracts, staff, systems, and company assets. It also includes the right to use the company’s licenses, branding, marketing, and established reputation. Full onboarding, training, and support from the management team are included, as well as participation in all future expansion opportunities.

In addition to the selling price, the buyer is responsible for all future capital investments required for the growth of the business, including marketing budgets, staffing expansion, equipment purchases, and operational improvements. The buyer is also responsible for their own legal fees, accounting fees, and any costs related to the transfer of shares. Ongoing business expenses, future working capital requirements, and any new programs or projects launched after the purchase are not included in the price.
